I have worked many casino's in the past and there is no requirement that I know of that volunteers need to be members of the organization. This means that we could get family and friends to help out. We could even look at sharing it with another group I believe. Maybe we could tap in to other User Groups for volunteers as well. People can use the taking money from someones table with regards to gambling. But ultimately it comes down to a person choice. I for one am not a gambler but I do enjoy lotto tickets and dropping a few bucks at the stampede casino once a year. I used to work in the non-profit arena and money is hard to come by...so my opinion s to take what we can get from where ever we can get it. It doesnt matter if we had a bottle drive, the money would still be coming froms omeones table. We could also be taking advantage of someones drinking problems.... While it is nice to think of others.. people need to take responsibility for themselves! _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
