that reminds me - one of the approved use of proceeds is to establish or 
contribute to an endowment fund.  The fund needs to have some clear rules as 
to who can receive cash and must not have closed access (i.e. the fund cannot 
be (just) for board members children).

So maybe something like a scholorship fund?
