I'm late but I just sent an email to FSF, CCed Jacob and Martin. I started this and it makes sense that I see through it :D

I made two corrections: (1) a copy of GPL is included; (2) their prebuilt binaries include glibc, gcc, binutils, llvm-toolchain (irrelevant). Not sure if Spacemit made changes to glibc.

You made a third change not noted above:  the first mention of "bianbu os", a non-free Debian derivative?!?  That sounds like *another* GPL violation for every GPL-licensed package they actually included...

For example, Debian distributes GNU Emacs.  If "bianbu os" includes GNU Emacs with no sources published, that is *another* GPL violation.  Likewise for most GNU packages, as I believe that Debian distributes just about all of themm, and every *other* GPL-licensed package in that system...

Are they trying for some kind of high score?
