Thanks guys for your reply. This to clear the some doubt about my querry.
1.When I lowered the complex conc. then there are too many microcrystals.Same thing happen when I lower the precipitant conc. 2.My proteins pI is 6.45 and I am using a 50mM Tris pH 7.5 and 300mM NaCl 3.Before making complex I spun the protein @14,000rpm 10min. the complex solution is clear.
