Hi, well are you saying you are getting microcrystals with large (infite?) dilution of the precipitant or complex? at some point there must be change. try seeding? or then you are getting salt crystals for some reason? do you have a control drop?

3.Before making complex I spun the protein @14,000rpm 10min.
the complex solution is clear.
