I think IPexpert material is excellent and that's why I'm using it. However INE's workbooks, online CoD and bootcamp video are also extremely helpful. Brian covers not just the blueprint materials also the troubleshooting steps. From what I heard/read SP lab is very unpredictable because of the older IOS. Just knowing blueprint is not enough to get over this lab. Practice and practice (w/ buggy IOS) is the key.
