Thanks Guys,

It looks that FR switch has not been configured. This is on other vendor equipment. Proctorlabs has been booked for two weeks!

I hope you enjoy your bootcamp guys! I did mine :)

Regards,
Lukasz

Deleted PVC status would suggest the router is not hearing of this PVC
in the LMI responses from the FR Switch. Is this in Proctor Labs, or
another environment? If your own lab or something, have you verified
that the PVC mapping does exist in the FR switch?

Check "sh frame lmi" and make sure you're really getting LMI responses, too.

Hi All,

Troubleshooting part of vol3 lab3. I have checked configurations for R5 and R6 and it looks good to me but two routers cannot communicate. It looks that the layer 2 does not work as expected.

R6#

frame-relay map ip 223.5.6.5 605 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 223.5.6.6 605
no frame-relay inverse-arp

R6(config-if)#do show frame map

Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 223.5.6.5 dlci 605(0x25D,0x94D0), static,

R5

Is there anything wrong with that config?
