Hello All, I am facing this kind of problem twice.
OSPF over frame relay : The hub is running in network BROADCAST and the spokes in point-to-point. I hard configured the hub to be the DR with priority of 255 and the spokes with prio 0. Symptom: the neighbor relationship is FULL but routing information is not exchanged to the hub. My thought: Even if the neighbors are FULL , from the spoke perspective it assume that no updates needs to be send to a DR since there is no DR. and from the hub perspective , it assume that it will receive updates from the spokes since he is the DR . Any Hint may be appreciated. Thank you all!
