In my opinion, I'd use area 4 nssa default-information-originate.
The reason for this (yes call me paranoid), is that if a task asks you to
configure an nssa area, and then you change that area from nssa to nssa
totally stub, you have violated the task requirement of configuring an nssa
area.
Of course you could always clear this up with the proctor but it makes no
sense to do so when you can quickly type in the default originate command :)
