Thats exactly what I said. I said the command nssa no-summary takes away LSA's 
3 - 5. Lsa type 7 is still available!

Ahh, thank you Marko.  The part about the different default routes I was
certainly missing.

area 4 nssa no-summary --> Type 3 default route
area 4 nssa default-information-originate --> Type 7 default route
