And just in case you are not familiar with the proper procedure in making
an amendment. Here is that process found in the By-Laws.

ARTICLE IX — AMENDMENTS

Article IX Section A

The By-Laws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote at a
general membership meeting wherein
proper notice has been given.

Article IX Section B
Proposals for amendments to the By-Laws shall be submitted in writing to
the President of the Club at least thirty
(30) days prior to a membership meeting. The Corresponding Secretary shall
include any proposed amendments in a
meeting notice mailed to members in accordance with the provision in
ARTICLE V, Section F of these By-Laws.
