At present I sit on the KARS BoD and we meet via Zoom, it is more convenient by
far and just as productive. It’s not a question of laziness it’s a question of
using modern technology to make life balances work.

We are in 2024 now. Think changes. What worked in the past may not work now.

If they are too lazy to make an in person meeting, they MAY be too lazy to care
about our club?

COVID forced us into ZOOM.... Now lets get back to normal...

Purely speculative, one or more board members may prefer to dress down for the
occasion with their Zoom mullet for the meetings (aka in-person meetings would
require pants)?

More likely the answer would be that the various board members are spread out
over the city and Zoom makes it very convenient without 2 hours of round trip
travel… and allows for anyone of the 350+ members to attend from anywhere in
the world.

The meetings I have attended, majority of the board had their cameras on, so
face to face did occur.

Drops $0.02, sarcasm, and 73’s in the bucket.

Why are you still doing Zoom for the BOD meetings? Are yall afraid of meeting
