I'm not verifying this because I don't think the docs are quite right yet. The snippet in the docs at http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/notation/special-rhythmic-concerns does not show the code to create the snippet, so we tell users it can be done, but not how. I'm too short of time now to work out why.
