I've checked the snippet in ../new/.. and it looks fine.
So I don't know what happened during the makelsr.py that Mike did.
Can I just delete the snippet in ../snippets/.. and re-run makelsr.py
and see if that creates a proper snippet and reapply this as a patch?
In the CG it talks about how to edit a snippet but there is nothing to
edit - if you see what I mean.

It might be worth mentioning the change from Stem #`stroke-style to Flag
#`stroke-style, James: that seems to be the more visible change between
versions.
