Basically, I ejected the DVD (007) and inserted DVD-008. Then I connected to the console and did a mount of the second device (the DVD writting device). No labeling was done (the DVDs are all labeled) and I did not touch the spool directory either. The 'moving to the end of volume' didn't seem abnormal to me because all the DVDs that I labelled state this in list volumes: | MediaId | VolumeName | VolStatus | Enabled | VolBytes | | 9 | DVD-009 | Append | 1 | 193 | | 10 | DVD-010 | Append | 1 | 193 | | 11 | DVD-011 | Append | 1 | 193 | ie even on the 'empty' DVDs, there's a file called DVD-00X and it is 193 bytes in size.
