Just one more thing. Could you tell me exactly what you physically did when
Bacula asked for a new DVD? (i.e. removed the 007, inserted a blank
DVD, ...?) and exactly what bconsole commands you executed to get it writing
to the new DVD (i.e. label?, mount, ...)? I'm particularly curious why it
said "moving to the end of the volume" for 008. The messages associated with
it makes me think that there was an unwritten part that remained in the spool
directory from a previous job, and perhaps in between time, you deleted it??

Thanks,

Kern
