It looks like when Bacula switchs DVDs, it did not reset the part number to zero. This is not too surprising since I don't think anyone has tried writing multiple DVDs (i.e. write something larger than will fit on one DVD), and my recent changes were to make Bacula remember the part number (and other info) across a close/reopen of the DVD. It apparently remembers it even across a close/open of a new DVD, which is a bug. I'll take a look at the code tomorrow (as I have a dinner engagement) -- this shouldn't be too hard to resolve.
