I agree with this, but who is going to provide the support.  I *barely* can 
keep up with things as they are so I cannot supply support, nor do I really 
want to.  Once Bacula has some revenues, perhaps some people could be 
encouraged to provide support, but it is non-trivial to organize support if 
you don't have an office with employees, ...  This is something I already did 
a few times in my life, and so someone else will need to do it now ...
