AAAARGH! This is the third time for the last two days that I decide to not speak an opinion more or less believing in "Keep your mouth shut and people will think you stupid; Open it and you remove all doubt." and it turns out I was right. Well... next time I'll try to speak. :)

My only gripe now is the fact that KMix doens't show the vast majority of the
channels (But that's not ALSA's fault).
You can always use gnome-alsamixer if you want a gui that bad. If you prefer to stick with KDE - that's your problem :P
