Holding my general disagreements with dispositions about this at bay, here goes
v3.

{
EQUALITY (Power 2.0)

The Nomos is an office.

Equality is a natural player switch tracked by the Nomos.

The Principles is a singleton document switch tracked by the Nomos.

For the purposes of this rule, a Policy is a document unambiguously
specifying a set of players.

A Policy is Discriminatory The Principles say it is.

For a player to perform an action “in regards to equality” means
to do it when e is the sponsor or supporter of a mature ripe intent
with the sum of its supporters' Equality greater than the sum of its
objectors Equality.

A player CAN, once a week, in regards to equality, enact a
non-discriminatory Policy. When e does so, the players in that Class
have eir Equality increased by one.

A player CAN, once a week, in regards to equality, amend The Principles.

A player's voting strength on a referendum on an ordinary proposal is
increased by the value of eir Equality.
