As for (Full) Groups: Right now, (0,-1) and (0,-2), for example, form a
Group, as does any subset of the white Land Units on the "left" side of the
map. However, in Go, one considers a group of stones to include ALL stones
of the same color that are connected.
Hence the definition of Full Group. There are exactly 5 Full Groups right
now:
1) all the black LUs
2) all white LUs except (1,3)
3) (1,3)
4) the (gray) origin
5) all the aether LUs
I don't see how the Land Transfiguration happens at the beginning of the
second Eastman week?
Once during the second or third Eastman week of each Agoran Month,
the Cartographor CAN perform the following actions in sequence,
and report these changes:
[...]
The Cartographor SHALL do so in the second Eastman week of each Agoran
Month.
This rule seems to plainly state that you CAN perform the actions at any
point in the second or third week, and SHALL do so at some point in the
second week, nothing more.
