This proposal needs some sort of tax that scales on the owner's current Shiny holdings so that inactive players don't accumulate a huge number of Shinies over time. This would also help to encourage Shiny spending. I assume there'd be a ton of ways around this (shell contracts, etc.) but at least they'd take some sort of work, rather than being doable with no posts at all. As such, I don't see that sort of loophole as a problem. -- ais523
