Because that's the minimum set of jobs we need under the current ruleset
to make the changes you're talking about. Feel free to propose them, but
if no one goes through the process of getting the proposal through, you're
kinda stuck.
So let me rephrase. Given that we still want to be a nomic no matter how
simple it gets, we need (1) someone to organize the start of the voting,
(2) someone to count the votes, (3) someone to organize to conflict
resolution, and (4) someone to keep track of the rules. Basic jobs, no
matter how simple the structure gets.
I was saying I wasn't willing to do all of them now, so need help.
