As do I. No matter what else we put in the game, proposals are likely
always going to be at the core, always there waiting for someone to slip
a loophole in or do something interesting with them. Arguably, it's a
breach of trust to submit a loopholey proposal in in a situation where
you've indicated you won't do that; but I don't make such assurances,
precisely because it would close off an interesting part of the game to
me.
