To zoop around the rules' restrictions on transferring points directly (voluntarily limited in hopes of avoiding objections, though that didn't work). Compare with the Note Exchange, a similarly limited method of zooping around the rules' effective 50% tax on Note transfers. I think the original Points Relay Service may have inspired the rules' limited permission of direct points transfers. (The FAQ should probably include entries for "AGAINT", "nkep", and "zoop", if it doesn't already. Any others?)
