A controlled means to store points safely away from the regular resets that occur due to wins (we're now at three in the last month), and provide a means for trading / transferring points. In all honesty, I expected this to be objected down by the same crowd that opposed the original PRS, though with the rapid point inflation that has occurred since then it's functions become even more useful...and there doesn't seem to be much interest in reigning the inflation in.
