Of course, nowadays we have Wins by Junta, which have to be reported in the Herald's report (although they don't necessarily imply complete gamestate control, just control of the game at Power 1 which would be enough to badly mess it up in practice if someone wanted to). And coming up with a lasting monument is rather hard, IMO I wouldn't mind if a future scam did that, but it would have to do it /well/. -- ais523
