I wonder why the Salvation Army still has bell ringers and collection pots. With what they got out of the Ray Kroc foundation, the investment dividends are probably 10X of what the pots bring in. Of course it gives a people a chance to toss some coins, it is a traditional element of American Christmas and my tribe has a saying “Charity Never Faileth”.
I wonder what they are doing with all that money now.
