It seems likely that he’ll receive pressure to include Starlink in BEAD, since, 
you know, Elon. It seems opaque whether he’ll see the value of 
open/shared/lightly licensed spectrum, especially something sub 5GHz, but 
that’s what I want for Christmas, in case he calls and asks.

Maybe I should upgrade my phone so I don’t miss the call.
