Historically, republican administrations were always against the USDA RUS 
programs.  I presume they will be against the Bead if they can be.  As far as 
the FCC goes, one would think Elon would be no friend to the WISPS.  Who 
knows....

  Neither party is really all that great for small operators. There's a Venn 
Diagram of sorts of things that are for and against small ISPs with both 
parties, with neither party really taking home the prize for best.
