I hope the first EO puts a moratorium on all funding until each program is
independently reviewed, historic outcomes are weighed and public hangings
commence.

All this free money has done was oversaturated some markets, pushed small
players out in exchange for monopolies in others and wasted money.

There should be a fund for LEO coverage of the underserved. 1 dollar per
year, per household. The LEO operators pistol duel for the money. The
winner gets hanged.

No funding for anyone else
