Our batteries just overheat and shut down generally if it is a bad battery. You'll know if you feel them. Usually a warning as well on the panel and GUI. You sure you matched everything up correctly as far as the right modules, right batteries? for the right chassis?
Do you have more than 2 batteries already installed? Are there any XR (extended run units) connected to it or just the main chassis?
