I scanned a copy of our trifold brochure(s) with the service plans and attached those to the letter.
Approval came back an hour after I submitted it.

That's something I dont like about the government using subscription data. Its dumb because it's not realistic, the customer defines that. If you offer a cheap 1Mbps plan, and a customer came from dialup, they're happier than a pig in shit with it, but does that mean its underserved?

USAC wants "Evidence that the provider had the same service offerings
available on December 1, 2020". I'm not sure what type of evidence I
can give them. Pointer to website wouldn't help. I don't think we
have ever filed any FCC or USAC paperwork that shows our pricing. Was
thinking about printing out a December invoice from random customers
for each plan and blanking out the customer info.
