Still waiting for more clarity on the verification stuff. I can't seem to find straight answers yet and I believe that's because nobody really knows yet. I've heard from some that the customer prequalifies themselves. I've also read that we will have access to the "national verifier" but I'm not certain that is the "catchall" way to qualify people. I'm nervous that we'll have a bunch of different systems to deal with (national verifier, school lunch program, local school districts, state unemployment, etc.) We shall see.

I'm thinking part of that write up sheet will have some verbiage about automatically downgrading to lowest tier if account is past due by 10 days.
