USAC wants "Evidence that the provider had the same service offerings available on December 1, 2020". I'm not sure what type of evidence I can give them. Pointer to website wouldn't help. I don't think we have ever filed any FCC or USAC paperwork that shows our pricing. Was thinking about printing out a December invoice from random customers for each plan and blanking out the customer info.
