Is this a generational thing: New hire, worked 2 days then no show? Will not return calls, texts or emails. Has happened repeatedly to us. We also have guys go through the whole process of getting hired then not ever showing up.
No shows to scheduled interviews is very common. On a positive note, I am wiring up my new (to me) water jet cutter... Be making my own HDD drill bits and micro trenching blades soon!
