I thought internet was free?

Ahhhh. Yes. It’s a $$ issue.

Don’t want to pay.

That being said we have very few folks who complain. We try to balance speed for average household with a $$ amount the average household can afford.

We do get people complaining about speed, but it’s people on the bottom 2 plans.  That’s why I say it’s a $$$ problem.

And of course everything gets blamed on speed, when often it’s a WiFi or device issue.  Complaints like “my Internet is slow, if more than one of us is on our phone, we get kicked off”, or “I can’t print to my wireless printer”.

Agreed. Almost none of our customers complain of speed.

Sure there is the occasional customer that doesn’t sign up or leaves for the cable company because “I can get three times as much speed for the same price”.

They don’t realize they aren’t even coming close to using it.

The majority of our customers average 2-5 megabits during prime time.

It's OK. Wendy's is not expected to survive the pandemic.

This convinces me the issue isn’t speed, it’s price.

It’s like complaining the hamburgers at Wendy’s are too
