yeah, we looked at 4h for the kids, in general 4h is expensive (but
worthwhile) business. we arent allowed to call it 4h anymore, its ag fair,
something to do with having a queen and king.

I would like to see a lot of private butcher shops open back up. we went to
a friend of my dads with a hog when i was a kid (butchering is COLD and
wet). Im hoping, since the powers that be dont mind destroying the economy
on a whim, theylle give leverage on inspections for a short bit. I think
more kids getting involved in the butchering of their meat will lead to a
whole lot less militant vegans when they realize its not nearly as barbaric
or inhumane as theyre led to believe. plus mybe if they do the butchering,
theyll waste less meat. As it is I already trim most of the fat off
everything and fry it separate for myself. too many times looking in the
trash and seeing a nice seared piece of fat in the can. not going to lie,
there may have been times if it was on the top of the pile it got thrown
back in a pan and heated and eaten by me
