With the underlying license. There is something weird there though - a few WinnForum presentations have the GPWZ’s expiring by 2023. I’m guessing that is when the last of the licenses that have GWPZ’s expire even though there are NN licenses that last longer. I’m guessing none of those later expiration date licenses had registered locations in 2015. Hum… actually that makes sense - to have a license that expires in 2025 you would have had to get it on or around 2015 and would not have had registered locations at that time.
