I use the Mikrotik white GigE POE units now, they are ok, but have a fail rate a bit higher than I like. I have hundreds of the black Tycon GigE POE units in the field as well, but they don't seem to work well with longer runs and higher amps. Those black ones are ok for RB260GS units on less than 50' average, but have a fail rate a bit higher than I like as well.
