:( I disagree on both points - I actually like the current logo (it
has an elegant, oriental sort of feel). And I don't think setting up a
'real' website has significant advantages for us; what does a real
website buy us that we couldn't have much cheaper just working in the
Haskell wiki? Not much.

Take xmonad.org; there's nothing there that couldn't be done on the
wiki or Hackage except that nice white skin. Indeed, XMonad has found
the wiki quite useful - new users routinely use the FAQ and the config
archive.
