, but the number of users is in my opinion not relevant, it is the
functionality that counts.

I'll checkout the mailing lists , in the mean time I also found
https://github.com/docbook/docbook/ and maybe an issue here will be
sufficient (also seen the reaction to the unrelated:
https://github.com/docbook/docbook/issues/219)
