Dear Hussein,

Small follow-up

I've just filed an issue at https://github.com/docbook/docbook/issues/222

I looked into the possibility / workaround of ending the current <
orderedlist> and starting a new <orderedlist> when a value attribute is
present.

   - When the value attribute occurs with an item *after *the first item it
looks like to work, we have to remember the numeration but that should
   be possible
   - When the value attribute is *with *the first item the problem is (due
to the way of the implementation, the <orderedlist> is already opened
before the first item) that we would have an empty first <orderedlist>
   with a warning like:

unfinished element This is a more difficult problem, but would probably
   be solvable as well.

Best Regards,

Albert
