Good morning! I'm happily working on a new manual, where the commercial artists
we normally work with have sent us a stack of .jpg files for layout; when the
details are finished, they will send us .ai files I will then convert to .svg

Tests with a few of the new .jpg files, however, have failed: XXE returns a
message block starting

Cannot display image
javax.image.IIOException: Unsupported

I have noticed, in the release notes, something about not supporting JPEG 2000
- I have no idea/understanding whether this could be the case here, and don't
know how to check the .jpg files. They open without any problem in PhotoShop,
and lesser programs such as paint.net or Windows Photo Viewer. I'm still stuck
on 7.6.0 ... even though I have been told the update request was opened
in-house months ago.

Two questions, then:

* has there been a known issue with .jpg files in this version of XXE

* if it's not just a problem with an out-of-date XXE, could I send you
one of the failing .jpg files to test

Thanks in advance!
