Hello Matt,

for trunk they will introduce even as one patch a regression since they
are made for the case that the box does not longer get created by action.

e.g. if only the turn master use RandomSync then the internal state of
RandomSync will differ between turn mater and non turn masters.

I will try to get my patch set at a level where it doesn't add any kind of
regression. Test games have shown that there are still issues.
