Well, I think the user should be able to scroll infinitely. What's really 
boring is that camera don't get back where the action is, as soon as we have 
moved the mouse cursor to the edge of the screen..
Maybe a time out would be ok to refocus if nothing is happening on the screen?

For the sky, it would be great to choose in the xml file what sort of 
background we want. All map are currently using a png sky, it's better if 
they can still keep it, but I agree a degradé(?) will be the best solution on 
future map.
