Hi,

I installed a MediaWiki 1.5 on wormux.org. Temporary URL:
http://www.wormux.org/wiki/Main_Page

(will become wormux.org/Main_Page, and I can also install a script to
detect user language, see www.happyboom.org for example : detect french
or english)

I choose license Create Commons BY-SA :
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/

Everyone agree with the website license?

With MediaWiki 1.5 it's now possible to set user restriction. I choose
to forbid edit access and user creation. So you have to ask me for a new
account. Ask me if you would like administrator rigths ;-)

I forbid user creation because bots can create their account in
MediaWiki, and that sucks (~ spam). On my website, more than 50% of
users are bots I think :-(

---

I choosed page name with language :
 fr/Accueil
 en/Home
 ...

It's also possible to use these structure:
 Accueil
 Home
 ...

But for some expresssions, like "Wormux" or "SubVersion" we have to add
prefix/suffix for other languages.

---

I choosed english as default language, but it's possible to use a lot of
user language => see use preferences.

---

If you would like to create a new page:
1- Add a link in another page (write something like : "And
that's a new page), and save it
2- Click on red link
3- Edit the page

Basic structure of a page is:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

en/ParentPage
Here is the text of the page.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Categories are cool, it's an automatic website map ;-) And Back is
my template, I like to have "back link" on every pages.

We should use a different category for each language, like:
 => french
 => english
 ...

Bye, Haypo
