List-Whatever-I-Am managed to survive the layoffs at Yahoo! yesterday (5 of the 12 people on my team got the boot, along with many others in the department), but who knows when the next round could be -- especially if the "search" portion of the company, which includes me, gets sold off to Microsoft. (I did submit ListMom to Yahoo! HR as a referral a few months back, but this was obviously not the best time to get results doing such a thing.
