Does the 3.0.5217 build of Wix recognize the VS 2008 shell and install to it?

Grrrrrrrrr > Are you sure you got the right package - I have just installed into a test virtual machine - first the "Integrated mode" VS 2008 shell (vs_ideredist.exe) and then the 3.0.5217 build of Wix 3 - all worked no problem and no bleats.
