The honourable Supreme Court of India (SC) has quashed the Delhi High Court's order to takedown page on ANI v Wikipedia case. The apex court also said that it is not the judiciary's job to tell the media to delete or take down content. This is a massive win for press freedom as SC marked a clear boundary between judicial integrity and press freedom (guaranteed under the Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India).
